Avoid unprotected sex – meaning sex via genitals, anus or even oral sex. In fact, gonorrhea can even infect the eyes – so if you touch the genitals of an infected person with your hands and rub your eyes with the same hands, you might get infected this way too. Gonorrhea is actually curable if detected early, so test regularly if you are worried.
